1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern all aspects of your relationship with fbmplay, including your registration, use of the gaming platform, participation in promotions, and all financial transactions conducted through your account.

1.2 By clicking "I Agree," checking the relevant acceptance box during registration, or by simply accessing and using the fbmplay platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.3 fbmplay reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where a change is material, fbmplay will use reasonable efforts to provide at least fourteen (14) days' prior notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of fbmplay following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.

1.4 The most current version of these Terms will always be available at fbmplay.pro/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review this page regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account or participate in any gaming activity on fbmplay. This minimum age requirement is set in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. fbmplay strictly enforces this requirement.

2.2 Geographic Restriction. fbmplay is operated under PAGCOR authority and is intended for use by individuals physically located within the Philippines. If you access fbmplay from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted, you do so at your own risk and in potential violation of local laws. fbmplay accepts no liability in such circumstances.

2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are a natural person of legal age as specified above; (b) you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; (c) you are not subject to any court order or self-exclusion agreement that would prohibit you from engaging in gaming activities; and (d) the funds you use to play with are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a fbmplay account: current employees of fbmplay and their immediate family members; PAGCOR officials and employees; persons currently enrolled in any self-exclusion program; and any person previously banned or permanently suspended by fbmplay.

3 Account Registration

3.1 To access the full range of fbmplay gaming services, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in the Philippines.

3.2 You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on fbmplay at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fbmplay reserves the right to close all accounts held by the same individual and to void any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with duplicate accounts.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. fbmplay will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify fbmplay support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). fbmplay is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of its players. You agree to provide all documents and information requested by fbmplay as part of the KYC process, which may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or account access.

3.5 fbmplay reserves the right to refuse any account registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All financial transactions on fbmplay — including deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Players bear any foreign exchange costs incurred outside the fbmplay platform.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. fbmplay currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

fbmplay reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any material changes to available payment options.

4.3 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and your current account verification status. fbmplay may also impose deposit limits in connection with its Responsible Gaming obligations.

4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements being satisfied in full. fbmplay aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times vary by payment method and may be affected by banking hours, public holidays in the Philippines, or additional verification requirements.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. fbmplay is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related AMLC regulations. fbmplay may delay, freeze, or refuse withdrawal requests where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. All suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

4.6 Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be withdrawn subject to standard verification procedures. However, bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to additional wagering requirements as set out in Section 5 of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 fbmplay may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal cap for each promotion will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Players should review promotion-specific terms carefully before opting in.

5.3 Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus laundering, use of automated betting strategies, or collusion — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 fbmplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is discontinued after a player has opted in, fbmplay will honour any qualifying wagers made prior to the discontinuation.

5.5 Promotional offers are intended for one (1) person per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Multiple accounts created to obtain multiple bonus entitlements will be treated as duplicate accounts under Section 3.2.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 All games available on the fbmplay platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6.2 Game Integrity. All games offered by fbmplay use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game elements overseen by trained dealers. Game outcomes are fair, random, and independent of previous results. fbmplay does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the house beyond the published house edge for each game.

6.3 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, fbmplay will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore affected players to their pre-error position. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided. fbmplay's decision in such matters is final. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all fbmplay games.

6.4 Players are responsible for ensuring that they have a stable internet connection before commencing play. fbmplay is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service interruptions on the player's end.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on fbmplay and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any KYC verification process;
• Using the platform on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to operate your account;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or use of prohibited software including bots, automated scripts, or AI-assisted betting tools;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's favour without immediately reporting such issues to fbmplay support;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform to launder money or conceal the origin of funds;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of fbmplay, including denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized access, or any attempt to reverse-engineer platform software;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions made in bad faith;
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonus entitlements or circumventing account restrictions.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 fbmplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player well-being. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from fbmplay may request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion by contacting fbmplay player support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or participate in any game.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the fbmplay platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of fbmplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fbmplay platform solely for your personal recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the fbmplay platform or its content.

9.3 The fbmplay name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of fbmplay. Unauthorized use of these marks — including in any domain name, social media handle, or promotional material — is strictly prohibited.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 fbmplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at fbmplay.pro/privacy-policy.

10.2 By registering an account, you consent to fbmplay collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and communications related to your account and any promotions you have opted into.

10.3 fbmplay will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies including PAGCOR and the AMLC where required by law, with licensed payment service providers for transaction processing, and with certified game providers in connection with the delivery of gaming services.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 The fbmplay platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbmplay expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2 fbmplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if fbmplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 fbmplay's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit fbmplay's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 fbmplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and at its sole discretion, including where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fbmplay is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or PAGCOR directive; (c) fbmplay has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) you fail to complete the required KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.

12.2 Upon termination of your account for a material breach of these Terms, fbmplay reserves the right to forfeit the account balance, including both cash and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach, any remaining verified cash balance (net of applicable fees or amounts subject to regulatory hold) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.3 You may voluntarily close your fbmplay account at any time by contacting player support. Requests for voluntary account closure will be processed after all pending transactions have been settled.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2 Regulatory Complaints. fbmplay operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Players who have a complaint that has not been resolved to their satisfaction through fbmplay's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's established player complaint channels.

13.3 Internal Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of fbmplay, you agree to first contact fbmplay player support and allow fbmplay a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) calendar days to resolve the matter internally before escalating to any external body or authority.

13.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to the regulatory complaint procedure above, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved internally.
